Eating raw food means you can have dessert too! These tasty desserts not only taste good, they are good for you. Most raw foodists make that diet choice because of health reasons. In the world of cooked food, desserts are an unhealthy indulgence. Not so when eating raw! Imagine being able to stay healthy and even lose weight as you indulge!

Eating a raw food diet may not necessarily mean eating only uncooked foods forever... or it just may. Most people who do eat raw food actually make the majority, but not necessarily all, of their foods living. In fact, most raw 'foodies' will describe themselves and their food choices in percentages such as 50% to 99.9% and any percentage in between. If you decide to go raw and are really craving a favorite cooked food, it is OK to indulge. Eventually, you will find yourself actually craving the raw recipes that you have started to enjoy.
I get an immense feeling of indulgence when I sit down to eat dessert. And with it being uncooked I know my indulgence is healthy and non-fat. There is nothing as good and as healthy as eating raw foods.
