Deborah's Favorite Coconut Water Recipe

I run an internet site for B&B's and we have a tremendous amount of writing deadlines, so I am always running out of the house fast in the morning. My favorite recipe is with coconut water.


1 handful of triple washed and chilled arugula (sometimes called "rocket")
1 cup of coconut water (chilled)
1 slice of apple (optional)

Both have to be well chilled. Blend in a blender, pour and either guzzle or sip, depending on time.

Remarkably, I have noticed a drop in blood pressure to normal on most of the days I do this. The coconut water is 70 calories and all the chlorophyll makes me smell good.
