As you know I am in the process of writing an whole e-book just of raw food diet plans. The way to stick with anything is to simply "have a plan". Planning your raw meals from shopping lists to a well stocked pantry is so important in eating and especially when you are eating foods that are "off the beaten path". Really us who like it raw are in the minority.
But always remember that truth is not determined by a majority vote.
So plan your raw meals, enjoy both your raw eating and the health and wellness benefits they bring.
