Kombucha Tea and More

Last week I wrote about chia seeds. That article was well received and I got some interesting comments in return. My favorite was this blog post,

Maryanne found that chia seeds helped her to lose weight. Very interesting! I had suspected that chia seeds and weight loss were connected, but she confirmed it; just another one of the great benefits of these tiny seeds. With the interest in chia seeds being so great, I thought I should also give you a link where you can purchase them. I get my chia seeds here from iHerb.

Maryanne's blog mentions that she likes her chia seeds with kombucha. If you don't know what kombucha is, kombucha is a fermented tea. Kombucha lovers have reported many benefits of drinking this tea, even without the chia seeds.
