I just added another kimchi recipe to my
page. Fall is the perfect time to make kimchi.The basic ingredient for kimchi is cabbage. This fermented raw dish is not only raved about but it is easy to make and most of all it is really good for you. Kimchi contains vitamins, minerals, enzymes and of course probiotics. Fermented foods are a wonderful addition to your raw diet.
Start to make some kimchi today for your Christmas and New Year's enjoyment. It keeps in your refrigerator for 6 months, unless you eat it all long before then!
